Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. We're a small family shop, not a big corporation — so this policy is written the way we'd want it explained to us: plainly, with nothing hidden.
What we collect
When you order or contact us, we keep:
- Your name;
- Your mobile number;
- Your delivery address;
- Your order details (items, sizes, amounts, payment method and any bKash/Nagad transaction ID you share);
- Your email address — only if you choose to give it to us. It's optional.
Why we need it
One reason only: to look after you as a customer. We use your details to fulfil your orders, hand your address and phone number to the courier so your parcel reaches your door, confirm payments, and support you when you have a question, an exchange, or a problem.
What we never do
- We never sell your information to anyone. Ever.
- We never share it with third parties — with one necessary exception: the courier delivering your parcel needs your name, address and phone number. That's all they get.
- We never send you marketing messages without your consent. If you'd like updates from us, you ask — and you can ask us to stop at any time.
How your data is stored
Order and contact information is stored in a managed database service (Supabase) and every connection is encrypted in transit. Access is limited to our family members who fulfil orders. We keep order records for accounting purposes — that's the law for any small business — but we don't hold onto anything we don't have a real reason for.
Cookies & local storage
We keep this light. Your browser's local storage holds only your cart items, so your basket remembers itself between visits. We use no advertising or tracking cookies — nobody is following you around the internet because you looked at a baby frock.
Your rights
Your information is yours. Message us on Facebook any time to view, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you. We'll do it promptly — no forms, no run-around. (Accounting records we're required to keep are the only exception, and we'll explain exactly what that means if you ask.)
Children's privacy
Our shop is for dressing children, not collecting data about them. We don't knowingly collect any personal information from children. Orders must be placed by a parent or guardian, and we only ask for a child's details (like age or size) when you choose to share them so we can recommend the right fit.
