Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026. These terms cover shopping with Ayaz's Wardrobe. We've kept them as short and human-readable as we can — it's a family shop, and we'd rather earn your trust than trap you in fine print.
Who we are
Ayaz's Wardrobe is a small family-run baby clothing shop in Bangladesh, selling safe, soft and affordable clothes for newborns to 5-year-olds through this website and our Facebook page.
Placing an order
Submitting a checkout form is a request, not a final contract. Your order is only confirmed once we reach you by phone (or agree the details with you by message). If we can't reach you, or an item has just sold out, we'll tell you straight away and refund any payment made.
Prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Prices can change from time to time — but the price shown when your order is confirmed is the price you pay. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and use the current store settings for your area and order.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery — pay the courier at your door. You're welcome to check the parcel with the courier present before paying.
- bKash (prepayment) — if enabled at checkout, send payment to the number shown and share the TrxID from your SMS. We verify manual payments before dispatch.
- Nagad (prepayment) — if enabled at checkout, send payment to the number shown and share the TrxID from your SMS. We verify manual payments before dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery times shown on the delivery information page are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather and holidays are beyond even a doting grandmother's control. The courier will call you before delivery. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed over at your address; if anything arrives damaged or wrong, our Delivery & Returns policy has you covered.
Returns & exchanges
Exchanges and returns follow our Delivery & Returns policy: the current days, unworn and unwashed, tags on, and hygiene items (innerwear, socks, caps) excluded once opened unless faulty or incorrect.
Product photos & colours
We photograph every design as honestly as we can, but screens differ and dye lots vary — colours may look slightly different in person, and small details can change between production batches. If something is materially different from its description, tell us and we'll make it right.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order (including its delivery charge). We're not liable for indirect losses — courier delays, lost opportunities, and similar. Nothing here limits your rights for faulty or misrepresented goods.

The text, photos and design of this website belong to Ayaz's Wardrobe. Please don't copy our product photos or descriptions for commercial use without asking — sharing a link with a friend, of course, is always welcome.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If there's ever a dispute, we ask you to talk to us first — almost everything can be solved with an honest conversation.
